Can we make/receive calls when Hotspot is hosted on the phone ?
So, if S3 is hosting a hotspot to an ipad, would I be able to make a call using S3 ?
    Thanks in advance.

Is this for rooted phones? Phones with mobile hotspot plans thru service providers? Does it utilize current or standard data charges from plan? What what what?
